Rockland, Maine based multi-program not-for-profit focused on helping older adults and people with disabilities maintain their independence seeks a highly qualified professional to direct its housing operations. 

This part-time (20 hour per week) senior management position will oversee a portfolio of 150 subsidized elderly apartments in the mid-coast Maine area including responsibility for oversight of all aspects of housing management in a service rich environment: marketing, recertification, facilities management, budgeting and lease adherence. 
Certifications in HUD Occupancy Requirements, LIHTC and Fair Housing are desired but will train the right individual.  Ability to use One Site software preferred.

Job Title: RN/LP (Full-time)

Description: As an RN/LPN at The Huntington at Nashua one of the area's premier deficiency free, non-profit Life Care Communities. Essential Functions:

Document the resident's condition and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner;

Reports pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents to supervisor and physician as necessary;

Receives and records physician's orders;

Completes all appropriate assessments related to the residents status;

Completes record and reports on time as needed;

Documents care performed and observation of the resident status in clinical record timely by utilizing standard clinical documentation;

Initiates, recommends and communicates and implements changes in residents care plans;

Administers treatments;

Collect specimens as ordered;

Provides oncoming shifts and supervisors with accurate and detailed resident status report. Maintains the 24 hour report book;

Develops work assignments for nursing staff as directed;

Assures compliance with policies and procedures;

Provides feedback and actively participates in performance appraisals as assigned;

Current RN/LPN Licensure in N.H.;

Some supervisory experience desirable.

Job Title: LNA (Full-time/Part-time)

Description: An LNA performs simple nursing tasks under the supervision of an LPN or RN. Join a terrific team at this exclusive Life Care Community that prides itself on professionalism, caring and safety.

Essential Functions:

Provide hands-on care to residents;
Perform routine tasks under the supervision of LPN/RN;
Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs;
Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care;
Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding;
Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to wheelchair or activity areas;
Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed;
Performs other tasks as assigned;
Documentation on flow sheets as directed;
Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident's plans of care;
Documents restorative services provided following facility policies and procedures;
Reports to Charge Nurse or designee on progress/lack of progress in achieving restorative goals.



Required NH LNA License in good standing.
