Back in March, when we opted to postpone our in-person conference to November, we had no idea this pandemic would have such far-reaching and long-lasting effects on providers and society at large. Unfortunately, COVID-19 is not going away anytime soon.


And yet, we know our members are still hungry to learn, network and secure the resources and products they need to meet current demands. We can't meet in person, but we can still be TOGETHER!


We are transitioning our Conference & Expo to a VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE with NEW DATES: September 30th & October 1st, 2020.


What do you need to do with your existing conference registration?  Absolutely nothing!  We have transferred all registrations to our rescheduled virtual event. We are revamping much of the session content and will announce our full lineup in early August. Seating is limitless in the virtual space, so no need to update your session selections. Just attend whatever appeals to you! 


What do you need to do with your existing booth reservation and/or conference registration(s)?  Absolutely nothing!  We have transferred all commitments to our rescheduled virtual event.

  1. Will I have to sit at a computer all day? No! The conference will run 9am-12:30pm each day with breaks and visits to the virtual EXPO, as well as opportunities to connect online with colleagues.

  2. What if I have a competing obligation during the conference and have to step away? No problem! Sessions will be presented live but, but don't worry, all content will be available on-demand for 3 months following the conference.

  3. Will CEUs be offered? Yes! We will continue to offer NAB CEUs. You must have your own paid registration to earn CEUs as your unique logon will enable us to track your attendance. CEUs are available whether you watch live or on-demand. In fact, by utilizing the on-demand feature and watching all sessions at your leisure, you'll be able to earn up to 11 credit hours.

  4. Will all sessions be about COVID? No. While we will explore how members are adapting for the near and long-term due to the pandemic, many topics will be timeless, including leadership, inclusion and innovation.   5. Can more individuals from my organization sign up to attend? Yes!  We will open registration again in early August.
