This will connect you to the WebEOC Resource Center Page. Items requested through this form are: N95/KN95 masks, surgical masks, cloth masks, ,face shields, goggles, gloves, gowns, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, thermometers, body bags. You do not need special training to access or use this form. -
