Andy is an accomplished healthcare advisor and thought leader with nearly 25 years of consulting and advisory experience across post-acute, senior care, and aging services. Over that time, he has advised nearly 250 organizations in 43 states around strategic thinking and planning efforts, population health, community-based care models, partnering, new program development, and operational and performance improvement. He is a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and author on a range of topics including planning, governance, value-based care, population health, and change management. Andy has served on the boards of both large and small nonprofit organizations throughout his career and as an executive advisor to technology and startup organizations focused on aging services and solutions.
