Peer Groups

LeadingAge Maine & New Hampshire offers a variety of Peer Groups that connect fellow members via the convenient medium of Zoom and occasional in-person meetings. Each peer group has a Convener who is responsible for developing meeting agendas that reflect participants’ interests. These collegial and friendly groups feature robust conversations in pursuit of continuous improvement, networking and professional development.

Who should attend? If your primary responsibilities fall within the discipline identified by a peer group, you are welcome to participate! We especially encourage directors and managers to identify high-potential staff to join them for calls. Peer Groups are a terrific leadership development opportunity.
